Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a dedicated reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately while adhering to recycling guidelines.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to any specific cleaning requests or concerns from staff or visitors.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is essential
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is beneficial.
