1. Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
3. Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through various methods
4. Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
5. Making sales calls and attending meetings
6. Supporting and guiding clients and candidates throughout the process
