Who You Are:
- You have hands-on PMLD experience in a school, residential care, or nursing setting. You are confident with hoisting, feeding tubes, and sensory regulation.
- You hold an active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply immediately).
- You can provide two professional references that speak to your resilience, compassion, and reliability in high-need environments.
