The role – your impact The Patient Services Lead is a key leadership role at KT Healthcare, shaping the patient experience from first enquiry to final report. Sitting within our Operations Team, you’ll lead and support our Patient Services Coordinators, ensuring patient reports, enquiries and admin processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and with genuine care. You’ll work closely with the Service Lead to keep patient pathways running smoothly, communication timely and standards consistently high across the diagnostic journey. What you’ll be doing Lead, support and develop a team of Patient Services Coordinators Oversee the accurate and timely production of patient reports using Semble Manage workflows, workloads and turnaround times Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive patient and referrer enquiries Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and data protection Identify bottlenecks, solve problems and drive continuous service improvement Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance patient experience About you Proven managerial experience in a similar role or industry Confident leading teams, giving feedback and supporting development Highly organised, detail-focused and patient-centred Comfortable managing workflows, deadlines and operational challenges Please note: This is an in-house role.
