Haven Care Wirral Limited is looking to expand its current team of Health Care Assistants.

Haven Care is an owner-managed company that has been operating across the Wirral Penninsula for over 25 years, providing the highest quality and standard of domiciliary care and support work to a wide range of people including those with learning, mental or physical disabilities and older persons.
Based in Wirral we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. Candidates holding a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle would be preferred due to the geographical area.
Various permanent contracted hours/shifts are available (mornings, evenings, waking nights, weekends, bank), along with set working patterns. Casual Worker applicants are welcome to apply and offer availability to suit.
Duties include:
* Supporting service users with personal care tasks
* Supporting service users with domestic tasks
* Meal preparation
* Supporting with the administration of medication
* Attending appointment and arranging social activities
* Supporting opportunities in the community and actively encouraging independence
* Monitoring of health conditions
* Continence care support
