Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Business Support Administrators to join our sales and admin office team at our Pride Park facility.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming telephone calls with professional etiquette and directing to relevant departments / personnel.
* Ordering materials, goods and supplies from internal office requisitions.
* Booking delivery vehicles.
* Support sales office with issue of copy quotations.
* Update of various quotation resisters and excel based systems.
* Filing and maintaining various quotation folders, both physical copy and electronic.
* Filing and maintaining various live project order folders, both physical copy and electronic.
* Assist with formation of new project quotations with possible career progression within estimating.
* Updating excel based contracts check list monitoring system.
* Assist Accounts Manager with checking purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
* Assist Accounts Manager with raising invoices against dispatch notes.
* Assist the Quality Manager with tasks related to QMS (quality management system)
* Assist Projects Management with organisation of dispatch of finished goods and securing POD (proof of delivery).
* Contributing to the organisation's overall efficiency through proactive support.
What We're Looking For:
* A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with a strong work ethic
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical ability and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and comfortable working under pressure
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to use initiative
* Experience working to deadlines and meeting operational targets
* A basic understanding of Excel is desirable (training can be provided).
Frenger would provide on-site training / familiarisation for all the above job activities.

Working Hours:
Full Time : Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
15 min morning break, 30 mins lunch break and 15 min afternoon break
