Multi-Site Civil Enforcement Officer

We are recruiting for a new specialist team of Multi-Site Civil Enforcement Officers to support our existing parking operations across London and the South East.
This role is ideal for experienced enforcement or security professionals who enjoy variety, independence, and the challenge of working in different environments. Our Multi-Site Officers are part of a dedicated mobile team deployed wherever operational support is needed across our contracts. This position comes with an enhanced salary, recognising the additional flexibility and travel expectations involved.
What You’ll Be Doing
4. You will work across multiple boroughs and operational bases, supporting enforcement teams where required. Your duties will include:
5. Enforcing parking regulations under the Traffic Management Act.
6. Issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
7. Patrolling controlled parking zones and council car parks.
8. Using handheld enforcement technology to record activity.
9. Reporting defects in signage, road markings and equipment.
10. Providing professional and helpful advice to the public.
11. Supporting operational teams across different locations.
You will need to quickly adapt to new areas, patrol routes and local procedures when deployed to different sites to cover staff shortages, operational or seasonal demands. You will usually work from a primary base but must be willing to travel to other locations when required and so a full UK Driver’s License or CBT License is essential. What Makes This Role Unique?

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are:
16. Professional and confident when dealing with the public.
17. Working knowledge of multiple boroughs, systems, signage standards, and enforcement priorities.
18. Able to operate effectively in unfamiliar environments and rapidly adapt to different local procedures and layouts.
19. Reliable, flexible, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
20. Physically able to patrol on foot.
21. Can provide peer guidance across sites.
22. Must have a full clean manual UK Driving License or CBT
You will be working across our London and South East boroughs as per operational demand.
