Building Services Engineer
Location: Bristol
Duration: Minimum 3 Months (Interim Cover)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £22-£25ph DOE
Building Services Engineer to join a small onsite team of three engineers on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
* Support electrical and general building maintenance tasks across the site
* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
* Work collaboratively with the onsite engineering team to maintain operational standards
* Assist in diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
Requirements
* Experience as a Building Services Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
* Electrical or general maintenance background preferred (flexible depending on experience)
* Experience in commercial building environments
* Ability to work effectively within a small engineering team
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
