Overview
Role: Supervisor - 40 Hours - Sweaty Betty at Sweaty Betty. Wolverine Worldwide is the global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. With an established global footprint spanning about 200 countries and territories and a strong infrastructure, Wolverine Worldwide supports brands including Bates, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Harley Davidson Footwear, Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty Betty and Wolverine. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service oriented and enjoys helping others while having fun at work. You will support the team in line with our values and act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a role model: calm under pressure, knowledgeable about product and standards, and ready to assist with administrative and operational duties and store security.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
* Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.
* Create excellent customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive store success by supporting local marketing efforts and being an ambassador for the brand.
* Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
* Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute toward and deliver on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Demonstrated retail sales success
* Experience in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential
* Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
