Location: Coventry
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday - 07:00-15:30 but 7 days operation so managing rotas for 7 days - flexibility is a must
Key responsibilities will include:
* To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs
* To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
* Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service
* Managing a team of 10 and responsible for approximately 200 covers a day
* Making outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time
* Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
* Working across 7 day operation, breakfast, lunch, back shift & night shift
Our ideal Candidate will:
* Be passionate about food and great service
* Already hold Level 2 Food Hygiene & Allergens Certificate
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work quickly
* Willing to work across weekend/ late cover if needed
* Contract catering experience would be highly desirable
