Job Title: Secondary Tutor

Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Job Duties:
* Provide individualised instruction to secondary school students in the subject areas assigned
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs and abilities of students
* Assess and evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and support needed
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the secondary school curriculum
* Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective classroom management techniques
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time, temporary position with flexible hours. The work environment will be in a secondary school setting in Richmond, Greater London. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
