About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated team member to support and lead our dining experience. Working closely with the Kitchen Manager, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming mealtime atmosphere and ensuring every resident enjoys high-quality, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Serving and supporting catering for the home, ensuring meals meet residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
* Offering menu options and alternatives to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements (e.g. diabetic, vegetarian, dysphagia).
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards in line with Better Food, Better Business and Environmental Health guidelines.
* Ensuring kitchen equipment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
* Working as part of a close-knit team with the Kitchen Manager, Chef, and Dining Room Assistants to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
