Credit Controller - London
Full-time | Reporting to: UK Financial Controller | Hybrid working
£35,000-£40,000 plus benefits
A fast-growing international business is looking for a proactive Credit Controller to take full ownership of the Accounts Receivable function. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process across multiple entities.
2. Raise and process invoices in line with Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders.
3. Upload invoices to client portals and track approval workflows.
4. Monitor aged debt, chase overdue balances, and resolve payment queries.
5. Reconcile accounts and allocate receipts accurately and on time.
6. Produce debtor reports and support month-end close and audit requests.
7. Liaise with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing.
What We're Looking For
8. Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
9. Proven ability to manage debtor ledgers and resolve issues efficiently.
10. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Confident communicator with both clients and internal stakeholders.
12. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
13. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
