Job Title: Onboarding & Inductions Administrator – Hinkley Point C (HPC) Reports to: Commercial Director and Project Director Location: HPC Main Site Offices, Bridgwater, Somerset (with occasional travel to satellite offices) Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent (shift rota covering 07:00–17:30 Monday–Friday) Role Purpose To own the end‑to‑end onboarding and site‑induction process for all new employees, contingent workers and visitors joining the Hinkley Point C project. You will be the primary point of contact for pre‑employment compliance, security vetting, induction scheduling and first‑day readiness, ensuring every starter arrives fully authorised and safety‑aware in line with nuclear‑site licence conditions. Essential Skills & Experience Administration excellence: proven track record handling high‑volume onboarding or HR administration in construction, infrastructure or regulated environments. Regulatory awareness: working knowledge of CSCS/CCNSG schemes, nuclear‑site licence obligations or equivalent high‑hazard industry rules. IT literacy: confident user of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups), SharePoint, ATS/LMS platforms; able to craft clear induction comms in Outlook/Teams. Attention to detail: zero‑defect mentality when checking identity, vetting and training evidence. Customer focus: calm, friendly and solutions‑oriented under tight mobilisation deadlines. Security clearance eligibility: able to obtain and keep BPSS and CTC (UK residency and clean criminal record). Worked on site before.
