Our land, environmental and geospatial experts support consents for key projects, offering services such as land access and assembly, agricultural liaison, planning, environmental impact assessments and geospatial mapping.
Coordinators are central to our teams across the UK, providing essential administration and coordination support for a range of projects. Every Coordinator receives detailed training and has a strong network of colleagues across sectors and locations.
Responsibilities
* Provide administration, coordination and data analysis on a range of projects
* Deliver reports and support document control including minute taking and preparation of team presentations
* Prepare up-to-date compliance documents for clients
* Aid financial management including invoicing and assist with delivering monthly reports
* Understand day-to-day team operations, including meeting logistics and diary management
* Assist with general office and facilities management
* Provide ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives and events
Qualifications and attributes
* Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Highly organized with a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
* Strong IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Suite
* Good numeracy skills and financial understanding
* Keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
* Appetite to learn and develop
