Trading under the brands of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK in the UK and Mitsubishi HC Capital Europe in the wider market, we are the rapidly growing European division of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC that provides vendor finance solutions to support Mitsubishi group businesses, their distribution channels, and their key accounts across Europe. We build strong effective relationships with our vendor partners and develop bespoke asset finance programs and funding solutions for customers. We are currently present in 5 European countries with expansion into additional markets underway.

What does the role involve?
As a Business Development Manager, some of your key duties will include:
* Responsibility for supporting the onboarding of new vendor programs, through proactive management of the vendor relationship from inception to formal handover to sales team
* Maintain and update business development pipeline for new vendors, to monitor onboarding process and transactional activity against the agreed KPI's
* Collaborate with the business development and wider sales teams, to create and develop opportunities to support the growth and success of EVF
* Collect, analyse, and submit relevant credit and business information to EVF risk teams for approval of new vendor programs
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated commercial thinker with a vendor finance background who has programme and deal structuring skills. You should have the ability to create, negotiate, implement, and maintain a strong customer proposition whilst making sound commercial business decisions. A team player who can work collaboratively with different business departments, to ensure efficient onboarding of new vendor partners.
Also, We're Looking For The Following
* Knowledge of vendor finance programmes across a variety of different asset classes and products, including stocking and purchase receivables
* Knowledge of credit risk with good financial comprehension and analysis skills
* Good problem-solving skills with a solution orientated mindset
* CRM experience, including both digital platforms such as salesforce, and in person customer meetings and communication
