Overview

This Benefits Administrator role is part of a team responsible for the administration of Benefits to all UK employees. This role will support the delivery of a key change programme for Payroll and Benefits and the subsequent roll out. The role holder will work with project stakeholders, both internal and external suppliers on all elements of the project from implementation to delivery and warranty.


Responsibilities

* Analysis of data and data validation.
* Developing an in-depth knowledge of the Barclays UK benefits provision and legislation.
* Ensuring all processes are documented and maintained.
* Maintaining compliance with Barclays policy, standards and legislation.
* Ensuring that appropriate controls and governance are in place and adhered to.
* Building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting the implementation and impact of change and/or transformation of operational activity.
* Providing input to enable informed operational decisions.


Essential Skills & Experience Required

* Benefits and/or Pension Experience
* Advanced use of Workday
* Advanced use of Microsoft applications
* Experience of UK employee benefits provision and legislation.
* Ability to quickly understand complex processes
* Experience of providing Operational Support
* Testing methodology
* Strong Analytical Skills and data management
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Experience of testing and reporting test results
* Able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and interpret policy to identify a solution to complex queries
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal
