The Role
We are looking for a skilledJunior or Sous Chefto join our talented kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is eager to contribute to a professional kitchen while learning and growing within a respected establishment.
You will:
* Support and follow the leadership of our Head Chef in daily service
* Take ownership of a kitchen section and maintain a 2 Rosette standard or higher
* Be involved inmenu developmentand new dish creation
* Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
* Maintain high levels ofkitchen hygiene, safety, and efficiency
* Work collaboratively with a forward-thinking and passionate team
About You

* Previous experience in a 1 or 2 Rosette (or equivalent) kitchen environment
