Job Purpose:
As a Personal Assistant, youll be the first point of contact for the business, providing professional and proactive support to the Board of Directors. You'll manage diaries, handle admin tasks, support internal communications, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a fast-paced, varied role ideal for someone highly organised, communicative, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for the company greeting guests and managing visitor access.
2. Manage Directors diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms and the demonstration centre for internal and client use.
4. Handle all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, post, and voicemails.
