This is a principal-level architecture role for someone who wants genuine technical authority shaping how GenAI, agentic systems, and LLM-driven capabilities are embedded into a live enterprise product with global reach.
What You’ll Own
Define end-to-end architecture for GenAI capabilities embedded within enterprise planning and decision workflows
Lead design of agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, orchestration, and multi-step execution across complex business scenarios
Shape conversational AI architecture for structured enterprise data, modelling environments, and decision support use cases
Establish scalable patterns for LLM integration, RAG pipelines, vector retrieval, and semantic reasoning layers
Drive architecture across APIs, distributed services, and AI-native platform components
Set standards for evaluation, observability, guardrails, and production-grade AI reliability
This is a highly visible role where architecture decisions directly influence product capability and long-term platform direction.
What They Care About
Proven experience architecting production AI systems in enterprise environments
Deep expertise across LLM ecosystems, prompt engineering, and modern GenAI application design
Strong understanding of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar
Strong Python/Java background with modern AI/ML tooling
Experience designing scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed architectures
