We are now recruiting the groups first in-house HR Business Partner, this role will play a central role in the transformation and ensure that they take their people on the journey. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and develop their culture and ways of working, building an integrated people strategy that reflects the businesses values, builds capability and fosters a culture of high performance, belonging and pride.

What you’ll do
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day HR support and employee relations, organisational development and change, leading a review of existing values and building upon an excellent culture. You will focus on people development and capability building, succession planning and talent development. You will work collaboratively within the leadership team, ensuring clear stakeholder engagement and communication.
You will be instrumental in the evolution of an amazing business as they continue in their growth plans, you will be a visible ‘open door’ person who truly values a businesses people, how they build and develop those individuals and provide support across the business.
Essential Criteria
* CIPD Level 5 or relevant equivalent experience.
* Experience within the manufacturing industry is essential for this role, within any industry sector.
* Proven experience as a HR practitioner or business partner within a growing SME of evolving business.
* Demonstrate success delivering organisational development, capability-building and cultural change initiatives.
* Strong understanding of behavioural frameworks, performance management and strategic people thinking.
* Experience designing and delivering training, learning pathways and skills matrices.
* High emotional intelligence, discretion and the ability to balance empathy with outcomes.
This role will suit an individual who not only has the above experiences/qualifications but someone who is a true people centric person, one who is excited by an evolving business and the journey that entails.
In return our client is offering a salary of c£60,000 - £70,000pa negotiable doe, up to 20% bonus plus benefits including private healthcare, enhanced holiday allowance with a buy back scheme, regular CSM days and charity focused days.
