We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Field Care Supervisor to join our team at iBC Healthcare at our Stoke-on-Trent Specialist Supported Living Service.
Requirements: A driving licence and previous care Team Leader experience are needed for this role.
Contract: 40 hours a week.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment.
* Providing high standards of care and support in line with care and support plans, complying with CQC regulations, and following policies and procedures.
* Identifying individual needs and preferences and providing personal care.
* Encouraging good community relationships by promoting various activities.
* Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required, working to care plans.
* Being a kind, empathetic, and people-oriented team player.
* Using your own decision-making skills proactively.
* Willing to learn and develop your skills.
* Having a good attitude and work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Empathetic and kind towards people.
* A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
* Experience working with rotas.
* Experience leading a team.
* Experience completing supervisions and spot checks.
