Lettings/Sales Administrator (Monday to Friday - 30-hour week) - £22,000 - Eastcote
A well-established Lettings & Property Management company is looking for an organised Lettings/Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in the Borough of Harrow.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and customer service, with a passion for the lettings industry and a proactive approach to problem solving. They should be polite, well-presented, with the ability to think on their feet and consistently go above and beyond for clients. Reporting to the Lettings Managers, they will be responsible for delivering excellent service while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties:
1. Developing relationships with existing and new landlords
2. Assisting with general queries
3. Updating spreadsheets ready for weekly meetings and/or monthly review
4. Administering details on Reapit, and ensuring notes are made clearly
5. Updating internal documents and keeping the Office Folders current and tidy
6. Responding to telephone and website leads and assisting Lettings Managers with arranging appointments
7. Assist with sending daily statements/invoices, and having the ability to learn and understand basic fee input and reviewing transaction data
