Psychology Graduate - Teaching Assistant - Slough - September Start

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or academic support. You will play a key role in helping to create a safe and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting pupils' emotional and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
* Assisting teachers in delivering lesson content and helping students engage with learning
* Working 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to support learning and social development
* Observing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress to support interventions
* Collaborating with SEN and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategies
