Role Purpose
The Practice Manager is the senior non-clinical leader ofMyrtle Group Practice and holds overall responsibility for strategy,governance, organisational risk, and external assurance.
As the Practice Manager, the post-holder providesstrategic leadership across all non-clinical functions, ensuring the practiceis well-led, compliant, sustainable, and continuously improving. The role actsas the principal interface between the Partners and external bodies includingcommissioners, regulators, and system partners.
Operational delivery is delegated through appropriateleadership structures; the Practice Manager retains ultimate responsibility foroutcomes, performance, and risk.
