An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, agile, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a progressive sports team undergoing a significant period of transformation.
This role goes far beyond traditional EA responsibilities. You will provide high-level, forward-thinking organisational support to the Managing Director, while serving as a central coordination point across the Senior Leadership Team and performance departments.
You will also play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional VIP guest experiences, managing travel logistics for fixtures, overseeing executive hospitality, and ensuring stakeholders consistently receive world-class service.
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, diligent, and confident Executive Assistant who can work discreetly, proactively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a unique opportunity for a multi-faceted EA—highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident operating at Executive level—to represent the Managing Director with discretion, authority, and professionalism.
