Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and well‑resourced nursery and early years setting in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and high‑quality EYFS environment.

Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities
* Provide high‑quality care and education for children aged 0-5
* Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating early years environment
* Observe, assess and record children’s development and progress
* Encourage outdoor learning, exploration and play‑based learning
* Support children's social, emotional and communication development
* Work collaboratively with early years staff to deliver outstanding provision
* Act as a positive role model within the nursery setting
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) (essential)
* Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to early years education
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about early years education and child development
* Confident delivering EYFS learning activities and outdoor learning
* Experienced in nursery or early years childcare settings
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Committed to creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
