Job Description
Duties will include:
3. Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly Board Reports, offering in-depth insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
4. Utilize advanced techniques in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to create sophisticated Management Information (MI) reports, catering to a diverse range of business stakeholders, and driving actionable insights.
5. Proactively drive the development of innovative reports and analysis, challenging conventional wisdom to support commercial decision-making in an ever-evolving business environment.
6. Collaborate with the wider team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and report actual performance against these forecasts, providing valuable variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
7. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders, contributing to key business discussions and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful FP&A Analyst candidate will:
8. Have a proven track record in a similar role
9. Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
10. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
11. Have previous stakeholder management experience
12. Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
13. Be able to work to tight deadlines
