JOB TITLE: Junior Administrator / Trainee Administrator /Marketing Assistant

LOCATION: Farnham

SALARY: £24k - £27k

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Administrator/Marketing Assistant

This would suit someone who is looking to start a career in an exciting and dynamic environment, you will work as a part of the business development team as an integral part of on boarding process for new clients
Our client is seeking somoene who has a good understanding social media marketing/linkedin to assit with developing leads and promoting the business
The candidate will have a good understanding of the common Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Ability to communicate at all levels with clients, suppliers and sub contractors
Be able to work on your own initiative
Understands the importance of deadlines and works with the team to help achieve them
High level of customer service with excellent attention to detail
Must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid driving license. COMPANY INFORMATION - Junior Administrator / Trainee Administrator /Marketing Assistant

Operating a mobile team of engineers across the South East

Family run organisation with an excellent reputation in M&E Building Maintenance, Air Conditioning/HVAC and Commercial/Domestic Heating

JOB INFORMATION - Junior Administrator / Trainee Administrator

This is an exciting and varied role working within the business development team assiting with the administration of new contracts and on boarding new clients.
This role will suit someone ambitious as our client is looking to develop this role as the business grows
Answer phones, respond to emails, filing and other general administration duties
Updating social media platforms with recent completed works, customer reviews and so on
Sourcing subcontractors, hire equipment and materials for new contracts
Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects or new maintenance contracts being mobilised (training on this will be provided)
General support of the business development team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients
Processing of orders on internal system when required
