We are looking for a person who can demonstrate vision, resilience, and empathy. You should have a good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and demonstrate apletemitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils. You will also need to...
1. Create engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
2. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
3. Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
6. Experience of teaching in EYFS or key stage 1
7. A thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and the expectations for reception
8. Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
9. A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
