Join Our Team as a Center Manager!
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment where your skills can truly make a difference? As the Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our center, ensuring top-notch service delivery while maintaining compliance with all regulations. This is a full-time position with a fantastic schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM—no nights, weekends, or holidays!
What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Manage daily clinical practice standards, staffing, payroll, budgets, and workflow efficiencies.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as departmental policies.
* Monitor service quality and the utilization of standards within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
* Develop and implement quality improvement plans with IDT involvement.
* Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to enhance quality of care while reducing costs.
* Coordinate with external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and strengthen community partnerships.
* Lead your team in delivering the highest quality of patient care and services.
* Address participant concerns and follow up on grievances and service requests.
* Engage in proactive problem-solving and resource management.
* Facilitate team meetings and care plan sessions to foster collaboration.
* Support growth initiatives by overseeing additional responsibilities as needed.
* Recruit, develop, and motivate your team, managing personnel actions effectively.
* Oversee center-based food service, ensuring safety and quality.
* Perform other duties as required to support the center's mission.
Your Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who has:
* A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in social work, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience managing professional staff.
* At least 2 years of experience working with a geriatric population.
* Proven success in developing and implementing effective business strategies.
* Strong knowledge of operations management.
* Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
* The ability to drive change with a results-oriented approach.
* Expertise in quality improvement and clinical care delivery processes.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
