This role is ideal for someone organised, empathetic, and detail-focused who enjoys contributing to work that makes a real difference. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and organising fundraising collections and supporter activities Communicating sensitively and professionally with supporters, including discussing emotionally challenging topics Offering empathetic and appropriate emotional support Maintaining accurate information within a CRM system Assisting with marketing activities, including writing content and supporting campaign delivery Carrying out general administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations Collaborating effectively as part of a supportive, office‑based teamAbout You: Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Comfortable having in-depth, compassionate conversations Capable of multitasking and managing varied workloads Clear and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Experienced using a CRM system (desirable) Ideally has some direct marketing exposure A genuine team player with a positive, collaborative approachWhy Apply?
