Norwich City Football Club is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our junior matchday experiences around the Carrow Road Stadium area on matchdays. The successful candidate will be expected to work all home matchdays, assisting where required to ensure a memorable experience for our future fanbase.
This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive attitude and good communication skills. Successful candidates will get the opportunity to be part of the exciting atmosphere of home matchdays.
Key tasks / responsibilities
* Chaperone the junior squad experience guests, completing all duties required such as directing to various areas across the stadium and engaging with activities.
* Support the delivery of our matchday mascots to ensure they receive all aspects of their experience promised and the juniors are ready to walk out onto the pitch before the match.
* Support our official club mascot, Captain Canary, complete all pre‑match duties such as meeting and engaging with supporters.
* To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment.
