Responsibilities
Deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on a wide range of topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing. Requires frequent travel to education and community venues to deliver face‑to‑face and digital sessions, small‑group sessions and 1:1 programmes.
Qualifications
* GCSE level (minimum 5 passes) or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience of working with young people and/or adults including at risk or vulnerable groups who may not access mainstream services
* Demonstrated understanding of the issues affecting under‑represented groups
* Able to interact and engage positively and proactively with service users and professionals
* Understanding of the principles of equality and diversity and ability to interact with others inclusively
* Able to network and build sustainable working partnerships with other professionals, agencies and key stakeholders
* Proficient with IT and communication‑based systems including databases and social media
