General Practitioner Opportunity – Banksia Grove, Western Australia
We’re seeking 3 passionate, team-oriented General Practitioners (VR) to join our growing, modern medical practice located in the thriving northern Perth suburb of Banksia Grove.

Remuneration Options:
* $300,000 salary in year 1, with a review to $350,000 in year 2 if KPIs are met
* OR
* $1,250/day minimum guarantee for 6 months as an independent contractor
* OR
* 65% of billings – average GP billings expected to reach $4,000/day within 6 months
About the Role
* Standard appointments: 15 mins, from 8:00am–12:30pm and 2:00pm–5:00pm
* Lunch/admin/results time: 12:30pm–2:00pm
* Late shifts (until 10pm) on Mondays and Fridays – 1 shift per fortnight shared among doctors
* Weekend rotations: One Saturday and Sunday per month (shared evenly)
* Practice accommodates 4+ GPs – as our team grows, after-hours coverage will reduce
* 4-year exclusive contract, with a 10km non-compete zone for 6 months post-resignation
The Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Fellowed GP (FRACGP or equivalent)
* Committed to collaborative, team-based care
* Interested in growing with the practice and potentially taking on a leadership/ownership role
* Experience or interest in mental health, ADHD, or infusion services is a plus
* International trained GPs welcome to apply, sponsorship available
