Recruitment Consultant Industrial SectorLocation: BanburySalary: £26,000-£28,000 plus uncapped commissionWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pmQuest Employment is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Banbury branch.Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a warm and established desk within our thriving Industrial division. You will inherit existing client relationships while also being empowered to develop new business opportunities and expand your own portfolio. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and genuine scope for career progression within a growing organisation.The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering tailored recruitment solutions to clients across the Banbury area.
