What We’re Looking For:
This is a great starting point for someone who is hardworking, eager to learn, and passionate about food. You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional meals to wedding guests, working alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Your Role Will Include:

Assisting with preparation and cooking across various sections of the kitchen.

Helping set up and clean down your station for each shift.
*
Supporting with prep work such as marinating, portioning, and precooking ingredients.
*
Plating dishes creatively and consistently to a high standard.
*
Storing and labelling ingredients correctly at the end of service.
*
Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
*
Contributing to new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.
*
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth service during weddings and events.
*
Occasionally supporting with breakfasts and evening buffets.
This role is based on a quota of weddings each year, spread across four quarters, offering both variety and structure.
