The Role
* Provide 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil
* Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
* Implement behaviour support plans consistently
* Support learning and emotional regulation
* Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and parents

* Experience supporting pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour
* Calm, patient and resilient approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
* Committed to helping pupils succeed academically and socially

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
