A leading global consulting firm is hiring into its Data & AI Strategy practice. This team partners with top-tier financial institutions and regulated industries to help them define AI strategies, build governance frameworks, and deliver transformation. They’re scaling rapidly and are seeking both Senior Consultant (Manager-level) and Principal hires. These are strategic, client-facing roles focused on advisory and problem-solving, not implementation.
What You’ll Do
*
* Advise executive stakeholders on AI governance, strategy, and operating models
* Identify high-value data & AI use cases that drive business impact
* Shape board-level business cases and investment narratives
* Lead C-suite workshops and facilitate strategic alignment
* Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate strategy into delivery
* Contribute to the development of frameworks and thought leadership in the AI space
What We’re Looking For
*
* Senior Consultant (Manager-level): Equivalent to Big 4 Manager, no sales targets
* Principal: Senior consulting leader with business development responsibilities
* Experience and background in Data Strategy is required for both levels
* Strong understanding of data & AI strategy, governance, and GenAI is a big plus
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity
Bonus Points

* Familiarity with AI regulation (e.g. EU AI Act)
* Experience in financial services consulting
* Proven mentoring, business development, or thought leadership
