Ctrg is recruiting for a Laboratory Admin to join our client's site in Bridgwater, TA6 4RN.
Your pay rate as a Laboratory Admin
You will be paid £13.19 per hour
Shifts and hours you will be working as a Laboratory Admin:
* Monday to Friday
* Working hours: 08:00 -16:30

Requirements:
* Previous admin experience is required
Your role as a Warehouse Admin:
* Ensure that laboratory files are kept up to date and accurate so that they are accessible to all laboratory staff.
* Request and collate juice samples that are necessary for customers and external laboratories.
* Organise and control courier for samples to be sent to 3rd Parties (Customers, external laboratories, etc).
* Ensure that regular juice samples are collated and shipped as required by sampling and sending plans (e.g.
* Innocent weekly, Sunny D monthly, RM weekly).
* When needed liaise effectively with customers, internal and external laboratories
* Oversee Laboratory stock to ensure that stock levels are consistently monitored and necessary stock orders are made.
* Produce requests for laboratory consumables and organise services quotations.
* Carry out purchasing administration including placing orders, receiving goods, controlling deliveries, solving
* problems related to delays.
* Liaise effectively with suppliers of laboratory consumables, services, laboratory equipment. Monitor pricing
* level and escalate any concerns. Evaluate the service being provided by suppliers and attend meetings with
* them to resolve issues and build good working relationships.
* Supporting the Technical Department by searching, collecting and sending samples.
* Prepare additional incubation reports, samples submission forms for Technical team members.
* Liaise actively and effectively with purchasing, finance, planning teams to ensure that they have necessary
* information.
* Carry out administrative duties using in-house systems (Iren, databases, and other sources).
* Responsible for data entry and keeping all records and reports up to date.
* Ensure that end of month reports for Sunny D are run and stored.
* Creating reports for management and attending business meetings.
* Archiving Laboratory files in both internal and external archives.
* Keeping working environment clean and tidy
