IT Trainer To be the primary point of contact for all IT training needs across the organisation, delivering effective training through various formats including documentation, video guides, 1-to-1 sessions, and group training. Responsible for creating and managing content within the Learning Management System (LMS). Key Attributes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confident and adaptable trainer * Able to tailor training to varying levels of IT knowledge * Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team Technical Proficiency * Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) * Microsoft Teams (including Teams Telephony) * Desirable: Digital Dictation, Case Management Systems * General applications (e.g., Adobe, web browsers, snipping tools) Key Responsibilities 1.
