At Mauve Group, we are implementing artificial intelligence (AI) tools into our daily operations and further automating our processes, to remain competitive in a fast-growing market.
We are currently looking for a pivotal leader to work within our Employer of Record (EOR) division. With strong operational and people management skills, you will manage both the payroll and employment contract departments, to ensure the smooth integration of these processes and continue our ethos of a people-first commitment to operational excellence. Focusing on various functional aspects, including those associated with the full payroll and employment contract cycles, you must have a tenacious, meticulous and precision-focused approach to ensuring compliance with the associated regulations and legislations in these areas.
What Will You Be Doing as the Global Employment Operations Manager?
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and training the EoR HR, EoR Contract, and EoR Payroll teams to ensure efficient operations.
* Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and compliance measures.
* Resolving payroll queries and ensuring accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local laws and GDPR.
* Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Finance, IT, People & Culture) and external partners (lawyers, consultants, suppliers) to ensure smooth EoR service delivery.
* Handling employment contract management, including legal review of terms, remuneration entitlements, job descriptions, and leave policies.
* Providing HR advisory support, including conflict resolution, performance management guidance, and policy compliance assistance.
* Safeguarding confidential employee records, ensuring contracts align with legislative requirements.
* Identifying process improvements, implementing AI-driven efficiencies, and updating EoR policies and procedures.
* Exercising signing authority to approve relevant documentation as part of role progression.
* Managing budgeting and reporting for both payroll and employment contract departments.
