QUALIFICATIONS Education and Training: Must be 18 years old or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Must hold a current Laboratory Technician certification Must hold a current Phlebotomy certification Two years’ experience in a laboratory setting preferred Must display an attention to detail Must have good communication and teamwork skills Understanding of electronic and computerized equipment in laboratories Must be able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures Practice Universal Precautions during tour of duty.
