Title: Water Hygiene Engineer Reports to: Supervisor A full, clean driving license is required - You may be required to travel around your region with the need for an occasional overnight stay. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ACoP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance related work TMV Fail Safe Testing & Calibration and Servicing Flushing & Testing of Expansion Vessels Showerhead cleaning and disinfection Cleaning & disinfection support (2nd man) Annual Tank Inspections & Clean Planning and Organisation: Planning working day to ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient manner Working with regional Planner/Scheduler to ensure all tasks are completed on time Responsible for ensuring equipment is returned in a timely manager and condition Site based working: Work away from time to time, this requirement shall be defined by the operational needs of the business Undertake routine maintenance activities as instructed and in accordance with current standards Ensuring work orders are fully followed and completed Undertake remedial works as a second man and in accordance with current standards as and when required Safety: Follows detail provided within method statements and work instructions Assess each job for potential hazards to ensure complete safe working practices can be adhered Wear protective items of clothing and use appropriate safety equipment for the job being undertaken Report any accident, incident, damage or near miss to Supervisor Ensures own and colleagues' safety at all times Attention to detail and accuracy: Gather information from site and present to others Accurately complete all site specific records Process detailed work instructions and implement to required standard Ensures systems are completed accurately Client Liaison: Provide information to customers when required Able to identify and realise commercial opportunities communicating this back to the Supervisor Acts as the fact of the company, ensuring that company image and standards are maintained Company Benefits: Company vehicle and business phone Company events & fun days Company pension scheme Referral programme Sick pay 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme Apply Now!
