The Role:
As a Fraud Analyst, you'll be the first line of defence, identifying suspicious activity, investigating fraud cases, and safeguarding genuine customers. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Detect fraud through high-risk identification strategies
* Investigate and escalate cases efficiently
* Contribute to improving customer service and fraud-prevention processes
Assignment Details:
Pay: £14.29/hour (with shift allowances up to £17.47/hour)
Start Date: 28th July 2025
Contract: 12-month temporary assignment (potential to extend or become permanent)
Location: Thanet Grange, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 0EJ
Hours: 35 hours/week across 5 days (between Monday and Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, including some bank holidays)
