Overview **This position will be hybrid (3 days in office in Dallas, TX) in near future** Foot Locker, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Systems Engineer for the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) North America Supply Chain engineering group. This role will be a key contributor in supply chain (Warehouse and Transportation) initiatives, development of supply chain strategies, and participate in technical decisions for our North America Network. You will work to improve warehouse efficiency and functionality in US Service Centers. Would be working with Supply Chain Team to prioritize, schedule and test enhancements. Long Term person would be part of team that would be upgrading warehouse Management software to Manhattan Active. Responsibilities · Learn and Support existing Warehouse Management (WMOS), Warehouse Execution (WES) and Material Handling Systems including working with third party vendors to deploy and test new functionality and upgrades. · Collaborate with Lead and Senior engineers in working across platforms, regions, and functions. · Optimize current process in the Distribution order fulfillment centers through the development and implementation of improved procedures, systems, and equipment. · Work with internal and external development teams to execute projects, incidents, enhancements, and other activities requiring supply chain technical engineers. · Plan and execute implementations of configuration and extension changes. · Research leading-edge technologies and processes for continuous improvement and innovation. · Support technology strategies and roadmaps for Supply Chain applications. · Audit systems and assess their outcomes. · Preserve assets, information security and control structures. · Act as SME for Supply Chain systems. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 2 years related experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). · Functional and technical expertise with warehouse management (WMS) and transportation management (TMS) technologies. · Experience troubleshooting and developing in Manhattan applications preferred (2012 and beyond). · Experience in working with inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMOS. · Experience with picking, replenishment, and inventory management applications. · OS: Unix/Linux/Windows; DB: Oracle, SQL skills · Experience with Scrum and an Agile Development environment. · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Benefits The annual base salary range is $70,000-$90,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
