Customer Engineering Coordinator Tachbrook Park Permanent, Full Time We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engineering Coordinator to join our team at Tachbrook Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands our customers, our processes, and our values — and is ready to broaden their exposure across Engineering, Customer Operations and Asset Management. If you enjoy problem-solving, taking ownership, and working collaboratively across departments, this could be your next step. What you’ll be doing In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate the administration of: Gas-related emergency cases Service orders Maintenance of Company Assets programmes You’ll ensure industry and departmental procedures are followed, while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. You’ll also: Take ownership of customer queries from initial contact through to resolution Handle incoming queries from Engineers, Depots and Contractors Ensure GDPR compliance before sharing customer information Update CRM systems accurately and consistently Liaise with multiple departments to ensure smooth case resolution Support continuous improvement of processes Promote Calor services where appropriate Communicate professionally and empathetically at all times Why this role is a great internal move Increased cross-functional exposure across Engineering and Operations Opportunity to build stakeholder management skills Develop deeper knowledge of asset management and emergency processes A platform to demonstrate initiative and ownership What we’re looking for You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have strong written and verbal communication skills Can analyse problems and use your initiative Stay calm under pressure while remaining assertive Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team Are customer-focused and driven to achieve team goals Have experience in a customer service or call centre environment (helpful but not essential) Are educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who lives our values and is ready to take the next step in their Calor career.
