City & Neighbourhood Services Department
You will be responsible for assisting with the provision of all administrative and human resource matters across the department to ensure the business needs of the department are met. To be responsible for the day to day supervision, training and development of assigned staff. You will work with the Business Support Officer(s) (HR /Administration) in the development and implementation of human resources and administrative systems and processes to enable the departmental Human Resources Unit to implement change and process improvement.

* Neighbourhood Development & Regeneration– Overseeing community centres, health and wellbeing initiatives, active living, and community safety.
* Regulatory & City Services– Providing environmental health services, dog and pest control, port health, emergency planning, and bereavement services.
* Strategic Waste Management– Leading waste collection, recycling, and fleet management.
