Responsibilities
* As a B2B Sales Executive at BCG Direct, you'll play a key part in growing an existing client base and strengthening relationships.
* This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you'll proactively contact prospective and lapsed business customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored product solutions.
* You'll manage your own sales pipeline, nurture repeat business, and help drive revenue growth through excellent service and relationship-building.
* Call and engage prospective business clients to generate new opportunities
* Reactivate dormant accounts and reconnect with previous customers
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets through tailored solutions and excellent service
Qualifications
* Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or B2B account management
* A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
* A proactive approach to managing your pipeline and closing deals
