Job Description:
* Creating CNC Routing / Turning / Milling programs to support fast turnaround AOG and concession orders on a daily basis
* Offline programming of CNC machines using ALPHA CAM or equivalent CADCAM software
* Supporting day-to-day engineering requirements across manufacturing operations
* Working closely with Group & Site Engineers and Programmers to support production and development activities
* Understanding, troubleshooting and improving NC programs to maximise efficiency and productivity
* Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across machining and programming activities
CNC Programmer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
* Extensive CNC / NC / CADCAM / Offline Programming experience
* Proven programming experience across CNC Routing, Turning and Milling
* Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings
* Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred, although other precision engineering backgrounds will be considered
* Proven ALPHA CAM experience or equivalent CADCAM software background
